Ra-Kú pieces
In his unceasing investigation of the ceramics art forms, Panisello has now arrived to "Ra-kú", a technique of Japanese origin (16th century), which was born to develop a kind of ceramics linked to the tea ceremony, later evolving to figures which were brighter and more varied, without losing the typical richness of metallic reflections with chromatic tonalities, so peculiar to this technique from the Far East. Panisello's "Ra-kú" pieces evocate the best Japanese pieces, resulting from a low temperature baking, as well as the wise combination of mineral elements (lead, clay from Alcañiz, feldespath, kaolin, silver nitrate, oxides, iron carbonates, copper, reduced cobalt, talc, clay, sawdust, etc.).
