The programme of the Atelier presents some very popular songs from Eastern-European countries (Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro).Part of the programme consist of original folk-songs arranged by famous composers and another part - of pieces by author (Stravinski, Ivan Spassov, Nikolai Stoikov) based onrich folk traditions.Beautiful melodies, attractive rhythms and expressive texts will lead the singers and the audience to different feelings and emotions.Songs about love, musical pictures and full of fun pieces – all this could be found in the Atelier’s programme.At the same time, the selected songspresentdifferent styles of arranging and composing folk-based music – from the simple harmonization to the avant-garde composing techniques.Theconcept of the programme can be an example for multicultural exchange - fresh, colorful and challenging.
