Origin
All our Vega Real wines are the result
of a judicious selection of monovarietal
Tempranillo or Tinto del País rapes taken from
long established vineyards in one of the best
areas of Ribera de Duero. Fermentation takes place
in stainless steel tanks at a controlled
temperature of between 25-27 °C in such a way
that the characteristic aromas of this wines are
developed to the full. The wine is stored in new
american oak barrels preserving its fruitiness
and the primary aromas while reinforcing its
characteristic complexity and smoothness. After
careful vinification, this wine undergoes a
maturing stage in casks for no less than twelve
months, followed by further twelve months of
storage in bottles. It is that produces the
wine's balanced properties.Taste
Strong and
seriouis, of intense cherry red robe. Complex
fine aromas of fruit with oak notes. Great
structure and power in the mouth. Well-balanced.
