Origin
These figs has
been selected at Can Bech of Fontanilles, in the
region of Empordà, in Northern Catalonia. The
selection has been made, one by one, according to
its weight and quality. They have been treated
with care and delicacy and have been prepared
without no addition of any ingredient apart from
sugar and water and placed in pots and preserved
in the same way that our grandmothers did in the
past.
Gastronomy
It is recommended to enjoy these figs in
one of these dishes and desserts. With white gout
cheese, whipped cream or milk creams. With ice
cream and on fruit salads. They can be macerated
in the liquor of your choice and they are an
excellent complement to any cake or to any
sour-sweet dish of high cuisine.
