Origin
Originally created by Adam Millars & Co, established in Dublin in 1843. Millars Irish Whisky was for many yeras widely enjoyed by itself and as part of the Irish pub tradition of a Pint of Scout and an Irish Whiskey.
Millars, one of the Dublin's best known independent Whiskey Blenders and Wine and Spirits Merchants, was located in the heart of Dublin near St. Patrick's Cathedral.
Millars Special Reserve is the classic Dublin sipping whiskey, recapturing the spirit of the Dublin of Wilde and Joyce.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Light, faintly sweet no the nose with interesting wood overtones and just a hint of sherry.
