Origin
This aromatic wine derives their success
from the delicious must that is obtained from
meticulous selection of Verdejo grapes from D.O.
Rueda. The soft flesh and the skins of the grapes
are soaked together at a low temperature for
about 8 hours to produce the characteristic
flowery and fruit "bouquet" of this
wine. After soaking and delicate pressing stages,
fermentation is carefully carried out in
stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17 °C
in order to preserve and enhance the bouquet that
is so characteristic of this wine.Taste
A brilliant
straw-yellow colour, tinted with hues of gold and
green. Strong primary aromas with suggestion of
ripe fruit and flowery "bouquet". Very
clean in the mouth. Clean, rounded and lingering
aftertaste. The final "bouquet" has an
elegant hint sharpness leaving a warm sensation.
