Origin
This aromatic wine derives their success
from the delicious must that is obtained from
meticulous selection of Sauvignon grapes from
D.O. Rueda. The soft flesh and the skins of the
grapes are soaked together at a low temperature
for about 8 hours to produce the characteristic
flowery and fruit "bouquet" of this
wine. After soaking and delicate pressing stages,
fermentation is carefully carried out in
stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17 °C
in order to preserve and enhance the bouquet that
is so characteristic of this wine.Taste
A good
straw-yellow colour whit brilliant golden tint.
The primary aroma is full with the flavour of
exotic fruits and a delicate hint of jasmine.
Full and rounded int the mouth with a clean and
fresh sharpness. Well balanced with a complex and
delicate aftertaste. A wine to enjoy.
