Ranci

Origin
Gandesa in the D.O. Terra Alta. Made with very dry wines made out the grape White Grenache. It acquires its characteristic color after a long ageing and its oxidative process in wooden barrels.

Tasting notes
Dry liquor wine of an intense roof-tile color as a consequence of a long and controlled oxydazing process. Noble taste.

Gastronomy
It goes perfectly with any very sweet dessert. There will be an excellent contrast between dry and sweet. Serve at room temperature. Between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius.
