As it is a liquor which basis are the aromatics plants, wild herbs and seeds, it can be degustated as an apperitive, long drink, cocktails, etc. Its appliaction in patisserie is great. It enhances the personality of any cake and sweet and it is specially recommended for ice creams and fruit salads. Strongly used in Spain to top sliced fresh oranges.
