Hithpa'el, participle —the so called beynonee masculine singular of verbs having שׁ, ס or שׂ as their 1st root consonant and having, at the time, a guttural or ר  as 2nd --middle-- root consonant:

מִשְׁתָּאֵה ׀ משתאה ----- who/which stands gazing (Gen 24:21

[ שָׁאָה] ----- crash to ruins

מִסְתָּרֵק ׀ מסתרק ----- who/which combs him/itself

סָרַק ----- comb
