It is a variant form of ptr PI-t1-023.

Hithpo'el imperfect, 1st person singular of regular verbs having a ס, a שׁ or a שׂ as their first root consonant and having at the same time a guttural as their last root consonant:

אֶשְׁתּוֹחֵחַ ׀ אשתוחח ----- I) will be prostrate

שָׁחַח ----- lower oneself
