It is a variant form of ptr PI-t1-017.

Hithpa'el imperfect, 1st person singular of regular verbs having a ס, a שׁ or a שׂ as their first root consonant and having at the same time a ר as their middle root consonant:

אֶסְתָּרֵק ׀ אסתרק ----- I) will comb my hair

סָרַק ----- comb one's hair

אֶשְׁתָּרֵשׁ | אשתרש ----- I) will root myself

שָׁרַש ----- root
