It is a variant form of ptr PI-t1-017.

Hithpa'el imperfect, 1st person singular of regular verbs having a ס, a שׁ or a שׂ as their first root consonant and having at the same time no ר as their middle root consonant and ending at the same time in a guttural:

אֶסְתַּפֵּחַ ׀ אסתפח ----- and I) will join

סָפַח ----- join

אֶשְׂתַּבֵּעַ | אשתבע ----- I) will satiate myself

(וְ) שָׂבַע ----- and) be sated (Deu 31:20
