International Testing Pipelines provides from engineering and management, to the job performance of cleaning, pressure testing, drying and internal geometry survey of all types of pipelines, accomplished by qualified and experienced personnel.


1. CLEANING (Equipment)

The cleaning of pipelines is used to remove all unwanted materials as deposits or possible debris from the pipeline and ensures optimum product flow and an efficient pumping operation. Cleaning operation is essential prior to using the pigs for flooding and pressure testing.


2. PRESSURE TESTING (Equipment)

Hydrostatic pressure testing is divided into two parts :
  • A strength test
  • A leak test Pipelines must be pressure tested prior to being put in service. All types of pipelines are usually pressure tested using water or air. International Testing Pipelines has a long experience and can offer a professional services in this field.


    3. DRYING (Equipment)

    International Testing Pipelines can also offer drying services of all types of pipelines. The pipeline drying operation is undertaken to remove any water from the pipeline which may have remained after dewatering and accumulated into pools or spread around the pipewall.


    4. ELECTRONIC GEOMETRY SURVEY (Equipment)

    The Calliper Survey consists to detect dents, ovalities, girth welds and other pipeline features. All the components of the calliper tool are contained in one unit. The Calliper tool continuously measures the inside diameter of the pipeline through an array of sensors that are spring loaded to hold them in contact with the pipe wall. During the survey run the data are gathered in the solid memory inside the tool. The results of survey are analysed and the Final report is elaborated, which consists of :
