Shortened, אוֹהָ"ם | אוה"ם (Oham).
'Otsar' is a noun, the first word in Pro 21,20.
Its original meaning is "treasure". In fact it means too 'collection', 'gathering'.
'Mishqal' is a noun that appears 16 times in the Bible: eight are in absolute form and eight are in construct form. Its basic meaning is 'weight'. From this it came to mean also 'pattern', 'paradigm', 'model'.
The cluster 'hamishqal' is found in Ezr 8:34.
The plural cluster 'hamishqalim' is not found in the Bible.
