It is a variant form of ptr PS-t0009 .

Niph'al imperfect, 1st person singular of some verbs . The final ה is paragogic. This is the pausal form corresponding to ptr PS-t0009.

Remark: This is a pattern of rather ancient use. Israeli Hebrew uses ptr P-t0xx instead.
