Pi'el imperfect, 1st person singular of verbs having a ר as their middle root consonant and thus with no dagesh in this central resh. The final ה is paragogic:

Remark: This is a pattern of rather ancient use. Israeli Hebrew uses ptr P-t007 instead.

אֲבָרְכָה ----- I) will bless (Psa 34:2

(וַ) אֲבָרְכָה ----- and I) will bless (Gen 12:3

[ בָּרַךְ] ----- bless
