It is a variant of ptr PS-t0005 and of P-t001 .

Pi'el imperfect, 1st person singular of most Hebrew verbs having a guttural as their middle root consonant and thus with no dagesh in the central root consonant. The final ה is paragogic:

Remark: This is a pattern of rather ancient use. Israeli Hebrew uses ptr P-t001 instead.

(וַ) אֲיַחֲלָה ----- and I) will wait (Job 30:26
