It is a variant of ptr PS-t0007.

Pi'el imperfect, 1st person singular of most Hebrew verbs. It is with no dagesh in the central root consonant. The final ה is paragogic:

Remark: This is a pattern of rather ancient use. Israeli Hebrew uses ptr P-t003 instead.

אֲבַקְשָׁה | אבקשה ----- I) will seek (for) (Psa 122:9

(וָ) אֲבַקְשָׁה | (ו) אבקשה ----- and I) will seek (for) (Dan 8:15

בִּקֵּש ----- seek for (Deu 13:11
