Usual pattern of Hiph'il perfect 3rd person singular feminine of most Hebrew verbs having no guttural as first root consonant.

Remark: if the 2nd root consonant is one of the so called begadkefat this takes a dot or (weak) dagesh.

הִקְרִיבָה | הקריבה ----- she) made to come near, (she) brought forth (Jdg 5:25)

קָרַב ----- come near, approach (Exo 32:19

הִשְׁלִיכָה | השליכה ----- she) threw, cast (2Sa 11:21)

[שָׁלַךְ] ----- throw, cast

הִקְשִׁירָה | הקשירה ----- she) made to bind, (she) related

קָשַׁר ----- bind (1Ki 16:16

הִזְכִּירָה | הזכירה ----- she) made to remember

זָכַר ----- remember (Est 2:1

REMARK: Verbs פ'נ follow this pattern if they are 'shelemim':

הִנְחִילָה | הנחילה ----- she) made to get as a passession

[וְ]נָחַל ----- and) get as a possession (Zec 2:16

NOTE. Word נָחַל that appears in Lev 23:40 and in Job 6:15; 21:33 and 40:22 is a quite different thing.
