Hithpa'el, imperfect, 3rd person msculine singular of verbs having שׁ, ס or שׂ as their 1st root consonant and having, at the time, a guttural or ר as their middle root consonant.

(וְ) יִשְׂתָּעֵר ׀ ישתער ----- he/it) will storm against (Dan 11:40

[ שָׂעַר] ----- seep away

יִסְתָּרֵק ׀ יסתרק ----- he/it) will comb him/itself

סָרַק ----- comb
