1st root consonant:

1. perfect, 3rd person singular masculine:

הִסְתּוֹבֵב ׀ הסתובב ----- he/it) turned around, mingled

סָבַב ----- circle, rotate

2. Construct infinitive:

הִסְתּוֹפֵף ׀ הסתופף ----- he/it) stood at the threshold Psa 84:11

סָפַף ----- stand

3. Absolute infinitive:

הִשְׂתָּרֵעַ ׀ השתרע ----- from) stretch out

שָׂרַע ----- stretch out

4. Imperative, 2nd person singular masculine:

הִסְתּוֹבֵב! ׀ הסתובב! ----- turn around! (you, male

סָבַב ----- circle, rotate
