It is a variant form of ptr P-d133.

Hiph'il imperfect, two persons singular of those verbs פ"י that end in a guttural other than aleph:

a. 2nd masculine singular:

(וְ) תוֹשִׁיעַ | תושיע ----- you, male) will cause to save (2Ch 20:9f

יָשַׁע ----- save

b. 3rd feminine singular:

תוֹשִׁיעַ | תושיע ----- she) will cause to save (Job 40:14

יָשַׁע ----- save
