Hiph'il imperfect, two persons singular of

1. verbs פ"י
having a tsade as their medial root consonant:

a. 2nd masculine singular:

תַצִּיב | תציב ----- you, male) will cause to stand

b. 3rd feminine singular:

תַצִּיב | תציב ----- she) will cause to stand

[יָצַב] ----- take one's stand


2. verbs פ"נ
:

a. 2nd masculine singular:

תַפִּיל | תפיל ----- you, male) will cause to fall (Pro 1:14

נָפַל ----- fall (Eze 13:12

תַּגִּיד | תגיד ----- you, male) will declare, tell (2Sa 13:4

[נָגַד] ----- be conspicuous

תַטִּיף | תטיף ----- you, male) will speak (Amo 7:16

[נָטַף] ----- drop, drip

b. 3rd feminine singular:

תַּפִּיל | תפיל ----- she) will cause to fall (Pro 19:15

נָפַל ----- fall (Jdg 5:27

תַּגִּיד | תגיד ----- she) will declare, tell (Est 2:10f

[נָגַד] ----- be conspicuous


3. The following ע'ו verbs: זוּל, empty; לוּז, retire; לוּן, complain and סוּת, excite.

תַּזִּיל | תזיל ----- you, male) will despise

תַּזִּיל | תזיל ----- she) will despise

תַּלִּין | תלין ----- you, male) will recriminate

תַּלִּין | תלין ----- she) will recriminate

REMARK. Be aware of the great changing in the meaning of the hiph'il beside the meaning of the qal.
