Hiph'il imperfect, 1st person singular of verbs:

1. Verbs פ'י having a צ as their second root consonant and a guttural (not aleph) as their last or third consonant:

אַצִּיעַ | אציע ----- I will make to spread

[יָצַע] ----- spread


2. The ע"ו verb נוּחַ, rest. Remark that this applies only to the case where this verb means, in the hiph'il, to put and not to appease.

אַנִּיחַ | אניח ----- I will put

(לָ)נוּחַ ----- rest (2Sa 21:10


3. Verbs פ'נ with a guttural as their last root consonant. Remember: initial nun vanishes.

אַסִּיעַ | אסיע ----- I will make to move

נָסַע ----- journey (Gen 33:17
