Where שׁ stands as the second letter of the word one doesn't write a second dot for the holam (= 'o' sound). The shin dot implies the holam dot: both merge into one. But, of course, the waw must be written in the writing haser haniqud:

(וּ)בשׁ ׀ בוש ----- (and) he was ashamed (Jer 48:13)

בּוֹשׁ ----- be ashamed (Jer 48:39
