Short variant of pt P-d022. Be aware that the 'qamats' is not a 'qa- mats' but a 'qamats qaton', so must be read as 'o' and not as 'a'. It is used as the word is followed by a maqaf (= dash):

אֶצָּק (ֿמַיִם) | אצוק ----- I will pour (water) (Isa 44:3

יָצַק----- to pour (Lev 8:15
