Hiph'il imperfect, 1st person singular of two kinds of verbs. It is the so called apocopated or short form of the imperfect, mainly used when a waw is prefixed:

Verbs ל"ה whose first two root consonant aren't guttural and which, at the same time, are neither פ"י nor פ"נ:

(וָ)אֶגֶל | (ו)אגל----- and) I will cause to uncover

גָּלָה----- to uncover (Amo 3:7

Verbs ל"ה whose second root consonant is none of the consonants ק, כ, ט, ד or ת:
