Hiph'il imperfect, 1st person singular of two kinds of verbs. It is the so called apocopated or short form of the imperfect, mainly used when a waw is prefixed:

Verbs ל"ה whose first two root consonant aren't guttural and which, at the same time, are neither פ"י nor פ"נ:
