In some places in the Bible words are found that got a dagesh in their first letter: it is the so called "euphonic" dagesh:

יֵּשׁ | יש ----- there is (1Sa 9:12

יֵשׁ ----- there is (Gen 18:24

לֵּב | לב ----- heart (Pro 15:32f

לֵב ----- heart (Gen 8:21
