Where שׁ stands as the second letter of the word one doesn't write a second dot for the holam (= 'o' sound). The shin dot implies the holam dot: both merge into one. But, of course, the waw must be written in the writing hasar haniqud:(וּ)בשׁ ׀ בוש -----(and) he was ashamed (Jer 48:13)
