Construct qal infinitive of verbs פ"י as the word is preceded by the preposition ל:

(לֵ)ישֵׁב | (ל)ישב ----- to) dwell, sit down

יָשַׁב ----- to dwell, sit down (Gen 13:12

(לֵ)ילֵד | (ל)ילד ----- to) bring forth
