Back-translate a protein sequence using the most frequent synonymous codons from a reference codon usage table

This is a simplified version of the OPTIMIZER web server that Back-translate a protein sequence using the most frequent synonymous codons from a reference codon usage table.
The method used corresponds to the 'one amino acid - one codon' of the OPTIMIZER server and the universal genetic code is used.
