Vinya d'Irto Gran Reserva

Origin
The origin of this wine is the Ribera d'Ebre in the Denomination of Origin Terra Alta it is made out of grapes "Ull de Llebre". The grapes being strictly selected and controlled in their sanity and ripeness, the object is to obtain a great Gran Reserva wine. Its ageing is made in oak wooden barrels and later in bottles, until it reaches perfection.

Tasting notes
It is a red wine of reserva. Thus it possesses a full silky and well balanced taste. Its color is red ruby with nice roof-tile tinges. A great surprise for those connaisseurs of such "gran reserva" wines.

Gastronomy
This is an ideal wine for the gastronomy. It perfectly goes with red meats, doves and game dishes. Also for very special and strong cheeses to which it enhances the taste. Serve between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius.
