An expert in the different styles involved in the staging of folklore, Viviana Sánchez presents us with a new alternative to the Mexican show. Having studied in various distinctly purist schools, complemented by a subsequent specialisation in styling, she has managed to archive an original combination of choreographies, fully reflecting both aesthetic values and the skill of projection. She has known how to take full advantage of the capacities and characteristics of the dancers, archiving a vision expressed through the co-ordination of the ensemble as whole, and communicating in such a way that we recall the images, like spectators watching a film composed of perfect stills. Dynamic and endlessly searching for new forms of projection and artistic communication, she still performs as a dancer in the company, rendering an understanding of what she is trying to communicate easier. She defines her own style as "the best of the best".
