MatLab2Vtk is a set of MatLab functions ( savevtk_xy.m, savevtk_xym.m, savevtk_xyv.m ), that let you save MatLab data in VTK files, that you can visualize using the Free software named ParaView. Here do you have some examples of how to use it in SciLab:
