This document is designed to provide potential software programming and technical documentation clients with the necessary information about the services provided by Rocinante Software. Since I am the only programmer at Rocinante, information on my abilities is the focus of this document.

The main advantages in contracting with Rocinante Software is excellent work at a very low price. The hourly rate is currently 30 Euros, which is made possible by the low cost of living in Spain. I have impressive letters of recommendation from my previous employers and will gladly furnish further recommendations from clients.

As you will see from my resume, I have a wide range of experience in the computer industry, using both the Macintosh and Windows operation systems. I have developed programs in a variety of programming languages, development environments, and APIs. I have written various technical articles and documentation.

I believe I can help potential clients most by doing high level programming on the Windows platform. I am expert in both Borland Delphi and Microsoft Visual C++. I welcome all opportunities to learn additional skills in other areas and/or platforms.

I have worked and lived in four countries, speak fluent English and Spanish, and am conversant in German. I reside close to the Barcelona international airport and travel is not a problem.

Please feel free to call, e-mail, or fax me at the above numbers to discuss your programming needs.
