' Calçotada La Móra'07 ' |

About 2 weeks ago, on Sunday, I joined with some of my friends in Tarragona and we made what I told you it's called Calçotada. It's a lunch typical of the south of Catalunya, with its origin in a city called Valls. It's a very easy meal: take one 'calçot' each time, peel it manually, dip it into the sauce called Romesco, and bring it to your mouth. |

But, what are the calçots ? Mmmm... onions. Just onions. They are grown in a special manner, getting this long shape that I'm sure most of you would like to taste... |
